Hurricane Gustav projected 5 day path

Julius Carry, the actor who played Sho’Nuff from The Last Dragon and Lord Bowler in The Adventures of Brisco County Jr, died August 19, 2008 of pancreatic cancer

damn.

me and novimber have been friends for years, but like many of my friends, aside from the occasional party picture, i never had a chance to really photograph her.

but, when i heard she was taking time off from her job in south korea and coming back to the states for a few weeks i knew i had to make it happen, yo :p

anywho, here are the polaroids from the shoot. i also shot 4 rolls of black/white medium-format (3 in the rolleiflex and 1 in the holga) but those are gonna have to wait until i can afford to buy more fixer :)





the top 3 were taken in and around fondren corner. (as in, the first one was taken on the third floor and the last top two were taken on the deck in the underground parking garage)

the bottom three were taken around Thalia Mara Hall in downtown jackson.

and here are two that didn't make the mash-up cut



and despite the fact that both A.E.Jones (my polaroid 420) and my rolleiflex tried to commit suicide in the middle of the shoot i still got some great shots and had fun :)

so, who wants to go next? ;)
